Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Code Hatcher platform available at codehatcher.cfd ("the Platform"). By registering for an account or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using Code Hatcher you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Account activation is subject to manual admin approval. We reserve the right to reject any registration without explanation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Each account is for a single user only. Sharing account credentials is prohibited.

3. Licenses and Pricing

• New users automatically receive a 30-day starter license upon admin approval.
• The Full Version license is priced at $210 USD and extends access by the number of days purchased (+30, +60, +90, +180, or +365 days).
• All licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties.
• License fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing active licenses are not affected by price changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Code Hatcher only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the script protection mechanisms
• Share, resell, or sublicense generated scripts or your account access
• Use the Platform to transmit malware, spyware, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Use automated bots or scrapers to interact with the Platform
• Conduct fraudulent activities or impersonate any person or entity

5. Generated Scripts

• Scripts are generated for your personal or business use only.
• You are solely responsible for how you deploy generated scripts and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms (including those of advertising platforms).
• Code Hatcher accepts no liability for any consequence arising from the deployment of generated scripts.
• Generated scripts cease to function when your license expires. No refunds are issued for remaining license time.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform and generated scripts will be revoked immediately.
• No refunds will be issued for remaining license time.
• Any data associated with your account may be deleted.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform code, design, branding, and documentation is the intellectual property of Code Hatcher. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform as described in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Platform materials.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Code Hatcher and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
